Santoki’s LEGO® MOC Clock Contest is more than a fan engagement campaign—it’s a strategic example of how manufacturers can leverage the creativity of the adult LEGO® fan community to build brand awareness and product innovation. By combining expert judging with public voting, Santoki transforms enthusiasts into active brand ambassadors, generating sustained engagement while showcasing the versatility of its officially licensed LEGO clock line. The contest also reinforces the growing commercial influence of the AFOL (Adult Fans of LEGO) market, a consumer segment that continues to drive demand for premium collectibles, display products, and licensed home décor.
For retailers and industry professionals, initiatives like this demonstrate how community-driven marketing can extend a product’s lifecycle well beyond launch. Encouraging user-generated creations not only strengthens consumer loyalty but also provides valuable insights into design trends and customer preferences, helping brands create deeper connections with collectors while driving repeat traffic through ongoing voting and social sharing.

Public Voting Opens August 1, 2026
