Chris Byrne (The Toy Guy) Says: “For most people we talked to, Toy Fair was considered a success. Even in an uncertain year, there was a lot of creativity, booming licenses and innovation. All of this contributed to the largely festive atmosphere taking over the Javits Center. Plus, the weather behaved, and we threaded the needle through two major snowstorms.”

Wendy Level says “Among the many things I saw at NY Toy Fair 26 which was full of fun, that caught my eye were: Yo-Spin a frisbee/yo yo from France, a flower shop of flowers. and a bike with flowers in the basket from LEGO, a piano/math app to teach mathematical operations from kindergarten to high school on a keyboard by Make Music Count, wooden cars by Le Toy Van made in England with names like Coco, mavis, Sam and Tilly, a truck that works on a track with magnets from Rail Cube by Sankyo Toys that even goes upside down, and jigsaw puzzles in a canvas carrying bag with the finished creation pictured on the bag instead of in a box featured in the WS Game Company from Hasbro and the old favorite a huggable earth ball from the family run company Hugg-a-Planet.“
