Toy & Hobby China in Shenzhen earlier this month as a hotbed of social selling. The non-stop energy of these livestreaming influencers and professionals was moving product at a record clip, according to the people I spoke to during the show.
Exhibitors featured existing product in these sessions, even as buyers from around the world looked at what is planned for future seasons. Being able to sell from the show and capitalize on all the activity was also important.
What’s so remarkable, though, is the speed with which the sales were going. They really put the “flash” in flash sale. Here are just a few images from the dynamic experience.
