Officially launching February 14, and in the spirit of Valentine’s Day, Litzky PR, has opened a call for entries for its biennial grant program, LOVE, Litzky. Designed to uplift entrepreneurs and small businesses who are making a difference in the lives of children and families, the program provides a $25,000 grant for strategic public relations services, including a three-month custom PR campaign.
“At LPR we believe in the power of storytelling to help brands grow,” said Josslynne Welch, president, Litzky PR. “With LOVE, Litzky, we’re paying it forward–giving passionate entrepreneurs the opportunity to amplify their voices and reach the audiences that matter most.”
LOVE, Litzky is an acronym for Lifting Outstanding Voices & Endeavors. Previous LOVE, Litzky recipients include Punkinfutz, for its focus on making play inclusive and accessible for all children, and Surprise Powerz for empowering girls in STEAM from an early age.
Lisa Radcliffe, the first award receipient and CEO/Founder of Punkinfutz, said, “Exposure of this quality is priceless for a small company like Punkinfutz and impossible to generate on our own.” The program resulted in high visibility placements in People Magazine and shone a light on the company that designs exceptional toys for children with adaptive needs.
The second recipient Surprise Powerz, was supported in its commitment to inspire girls to take on the world with confidence by engaging them in STEM learning and equipping them with critical skills from a young age. Among the many high-profile media outlets that ran this story, company founder and CEO Kristel Bell was featured on CBS This Morning.
Entrepreneurs and small businesses dedicated to kids and families are invited to share their story, mission, and vision for a chance to receive this high-impact PR support. Litzky PR will craft and execute a tailored strategy to help the selected business build brand awareness, media & influencer presence, and industry visibility. The application period is now open, and submissions will be accepted between February 14 through March 31, 2025; the recipient will be announced in April.
