All of us in Toy Nation* owe a major debt of gratitude to the folks at the Walt Disney Company for opening "Toy Story Land" at Walt Disney World in Florida. It is a wonderful salute to toys with an emphasis on the products popularized in the Toy Story movies.
A visit to the park allows you to interact with toys from a toy size perspective. You're going to see giant Green Army Men, Slinky Dog, Tinker Toys, K'Nex, Lincoln Logs, Scrabble tiles, alphabet blocks, Jenga and more.
It also seems like a wonderful advertisement for play and toys. There is no shame in that and there are some brands that are definitely going to benefit.
Maybe the next PlayCon could take place there. Something to think about.
