Once you get past the giant eye aspect of the costume (and I admit that that is hard to do) you notice that the eyeball has what appears to be a cocktail in her right hand. She is also giving a thumbs up with her left. It appears that the giant eye is celebrating some kind of victory. Perhaps a victory over the ear people.
The eyeball is having a highball.
What I want to know is why does the eyeball have an antenna on her head?
